Checked identity
Each candidate's KTP is checked through an identity verification service before their profile is shown, so families know who they are talking to.
Video interviews before booking
Families unlock chat with a single payment, then judge the fit over a video or voice call before deciding.
Transparent fees
Browsing candidates is free. Just one chat-unlock fee to start interviewing: a single payment per request, with no separate placement fee. If no one fits, you can interview more candidates (up to 6 interviews on the same payment). Once your helper starts, you get one free replacement within the first 6 months.
