How do I find a helper through MyHelper?

Create an account in the app and tell us what you need. Curated candidates appear right away, and you can arrange an interview before the helper starts working. If you need help, WhatsApp us.

Can I meet the helper first?

Yes, it is an important part of our process. We do not want you to accept a candidate without a chance to talk or interview first.

How much does MyHelper cost?

Browsing curated candidates is free. To start interviewing, there is one chat-unlock fee: a single payment per request that covers up to 3 candidates, with candidate swaps at no extra cost. There is no separate placement fee after the agreement. If no one fits — or the helper you choose isn't a fit within the first 6 months — you can interview more candidates without paying again (a 6-month guarantee). Exact amounts are shown clearly in the app before you pay.

Why is there a chat-unlock fee before the interview?

It keeps interviews to serious families and protects helpers' time. It applies once per request, and you can still swap candidates at no extra cost.

When do I pay?

You pay once upfront — the chat-unlock fee — to start interviewing candidates. There is nothing to pay after that, and no separate placement fee after the agreement. Exact amounts are shown clearly in the app before you pay.

What if the helper starts but turns out not to be a fit?

There's a 6-month guarantee: if the helper you choose isn't a fit within the first 6 months, you can interview more candidates without paying again. Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll help find a replacement depending on availability.

Can I cancel or change the interview schedule?

Yes. Please let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp so we can reschedule with the helper.

What is my data used for?
