What you should know
Salary expectations
You set the monthly salary you want. As a Jabodetabek guide, families typically budget Rp2.300.000 – Rp5.000.000 per month, depending on role, schedule, and experience. Other regions can differ. The final salary is agreed directly with the family after the interview.
Documents to prepare
Your KTP is used only to verify your identity. It is never shown to families. A profile photo is required: your ID-check selfie can be used if you agree, or upload your own. Photos are shown to families only after they are checked. Your latest work history, including a reference, helps families decide.
Service areas
All of Indonesia. Choose the city you live in and where you want to work in your profile, and offers are matched to it. There is no shelter or dormitory: once a family picks you, you go straight from your home to theirs.
Review process
Start with the ID check, then complete your work data, area, skills, experience, and salary. Once the ID check succeeds and your profile is complete, you can turn on availability and receive interview invitations.
Everything in the app
When a family is interested, the interview invitation arrives in the app and on your WhatsApp. Availability changes, salary questions, interviews, document privacy, or family issues: write them through the Help menu in the app so they are on record.
